605 Hart Street
Located in the up-and-coming Bushwick neighborhood in Brooklyn, Manatus Development Group received TCO on the Suydam Street tower on 11/5/21 and TCO on the Hart Street tower on 12/15/21. The project comprises of 70,100 square feet and includes 56 residential including 17 affordable units. Each building offers one to three bedroom units. The two towers are joined by a 3,800 square foot exterior amenity courtyard with plentiful outdoor seating for our tenants to enjoy. The project is part of the NYC FRESH Program and includes an 11,000 square foot fresh food grocery store.
362 East 148th Street
Located just steps away from The Bronx Hub, Manatus Development Group developed a six-story, 84,000 square foot building. Construction for the Richard Pruss Wellness Center started in November of 2019 and the building received TCO on July 15th, 2021. The building is occupied by Samaritan Daytop Village. The building provides critical outpatient treatment for substance abuse and mental health services, while 10 percent of the building is used as a primary health clinic.
951 Madison Street
Located in Bushwick, Brooklyn, this 41,000 square foot mixed-use building consists of 37 mixed-income apartments and an Article 28 Medical Facility leased to Betances Community Center. The project was developed via Broadway Bushwick Builders LP and was completed in 2018.
Calvary Church
Located in Bushwick, Brooklyn, this 22,296 square foot church was delivered in 2019.
15-21 Quincy Street
Located in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn, this 50,938 square foot space is a 6-story apartment building consisting of 48 units. The project was completed under HPD’s Inclusionary Housing Program with 9% low income housing tax credits. The project was completed in 2009.
180 West 165th Street
Located in Highbridge in the Bronx, this 52,000 square foot space was occupied by Metropolitan Lighthouse Charter School and delivered in 2014.
1657 Broadway
Located in Bushwick, Brooklyn, this pioneer supermarket is 10,000 square feet and was delivered in 2010.
1469 Broadway
Located in Bushwick, Brooklyn, this 16,000 square foot space is occupied by a daycare and was completed in 2005.
89-91 Carlton Avenue
Located in Fort Green, Brooklyn, this 23,884 square foot space is a 7-story apartment building consisting of 23 units. The project was the first building constructed outside of Manhattan using HPD’s inclusionary housing program. The project was completed in 2005.
106-110 West 113th Street
Located in Harlem, Manhattan, this 30,750 square foot space was gut renovated and converted from three five-story buildings into one elevator building consisting of 29 rental units. The project was completed in 2000 under the city’s 421-(a) Negotiable Certificate program and received an award of 9% low income housing tax credits.
East New York Homes
The construction of fifteen (15) two and three family homes in east New York Brooklyn under NYC HPD New Foundations Program. The project was completed in 2006.
