In addition to the six-story 65,000 square foot educational facility located at 4263 Third Ave, a 16,750 square foot annex will be developed at 4261 Third Avenue, combining for a total of approximately 82,072 square feet in aggregate, and serving a total of 990 students anticipated to be in Grades 3 to 8.

Annex Construction will break ground in Q1 2026 and is expected to be completed by the spring of 2027.

This project is also being financed using tax-exempt bonds via the BuildNYC program.
