Manatus Development Group is a vertically integrated owner, operator, and developer of real estate across the five boroughs of New York City. Founded in 2003 by Justin Stern with the core belief that we can improve our city by facilitating the missions of not-for-profits that provide vital services to underserved communities. This belief, paired with our commitment to sustainable, green building ensures the development projects that Manatus undertakes have a long-lasting, positive impact on the communities in which we develop.
Manatus has proven expertise developing community facility spaces including schools, administrative offices, religious facilities, health clinics, supermarkets, and affordable housing.
