Located in the Bushwick neighborhood of Brooklyn, this 70,100 square foot project comprises of 56 residential units between two towers. The towers are joined by a 3,800 square foot exterior amenity courtyard with plentiful outdoor seating for our tenants to enjoy. The project is also part of the NYC FRESH Program and includes an 11,000 square foot fresh food grocery store.
